This week was an intro to the Bible Study. Talked about deception and trickery. Watched a clip from Jurassic Park showing how velociraptors stalk their prey. We handed out the study for them to work on for next week. There is a book available with all the studies. For next week the study is called "Detecting the Deceiver" from II Corinthians 11:1-15. |

Dec. 9 - White Elephant Christmas PartyWe asked everyone who was coming to bring a wrapped, anonymous, fun, appropriate gift from around the house. Amy Turner provided pop and cookies. Cookies were amazing. Started out by reading the Christmas story. Talked about how Jesus came to earth 2,000 years ago to change our life TODAY. Played the White Elephant Game. Some highlights (or lowlights) include: - kissing cows
